AFTERCARE

Remove plastic after 3-6 hours
The first time is very important, take your time and wash it thoroughly. Lather, don’t scrub.
If you notice that the tattoo is sticky after you clean it, clean it again.
After a couple of days, if the tattoo is very tight and dry, apply a very small amount of body moisturizer or tattoo aftercare crème.

Wash your new tattoo with plain, unscented soap and hot water.
Gently pat dry with a clean towel.
Do this twice a day for the next 10-14 days.
Your tattoo will get a light scab on it.

DON’T

Pick at it.
Let it soak in water for a long time (a quick shower is fine).
Use vaseline or any other antiseptic.
Listen to your friend’s advice.

Scratch it.
Swim, use saunas or steam rooms.
Use Aloe Vera.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP YOUR NEW TATTOO OUT OF THE SUN AND TANNING BEDS.

USE A HIGH FACTOR SUN-BLOCK TO PROTECT IT FOR AT LEAST THE FIRST SUMMER.

HOW MUCH DOES A TATTOO COST?

There is no set tattoo price. Prices vary on the size, details, and placement. To get an estimate it’s best to send us a message on Facebook, call us or send us an email, with information about what you want, where, what style and maybe a reference picture.

IS THERE A SHOP MINIMUM?

Yes, the shop minimum is 13.000 ISK.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO GET A TATTOO?

You must be 18 years old.

DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?

Yes, we take walk-ins, but we always recommend you send us a message to make sure there is an open spot.

CAN I GET TATTOOED BY A SPECIFIC TATTOO ARTIST?

Yes, we have regular artists at the shop and guest artists all year around. You can send us a message and book an appointment with the artist you prefer.

DO I HAVE TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT WHEN I SCHEDULE A TATTOO?

Yes, the deposit varies, depending on the size and details. From 5.000 ISK-25.000 ISK.

IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

Yes, if you cancel the appointment within 7 days of your scheduled time for the tattoo. If you wish to move your appointment to another date the deposit will move to that appointment.
